Classic West Coast style with the use of Centennial, Simcoe, Idaho 7 and Cascade hops. Lots of citrus, candied orange, pink grapefruit and pine. A full bodied beer due to Maris Otter being the backbone of the grain bill.

S-pine and hints of citrus fruits
T-true west coast IPA , pine resin mixed with a tart grapefruit with a slight bitter swallow
MF-ok carbonation , big medium body
