Brewer's notes: "This Salted Lime Gose is the latest instalment in our Fathers & Sons Legacy Series with Waterloo Brewing. Brewed with sea salt and fresh lime juice, this Gose features a refreshing citrus tartness and comes in at only 4.5% ABV, making it a perfect beer for those hot summer days."
Can fresh from the brewery -pours a hazed pale straw color with a very small cap...aromas of citrus, biscuit malts and mustiness.... has a fruity sour character with sharp acidity, tart mouth feel....flavor is sour and citrusy, lime is dominant, salt does little to titrate the tartness...short clean, sour finish...a goos fruity patio drink with the gose character overpowered by lime
