Certified Foeder Boy absolutely sleighs with a deep and rich soul warming roasted opening track featuring a backing vocal chorus of vanilla and fresh oak flavor. These are the gifts bestowed upon this dark lager by a six week slumber in our Missouri Oak foeder.

Pours a clear, dark chestnut brown color. Thin, velvety tan colored head. Aroma has rich notes of bread, nutty malts, wood, oak and some bakers chocolate. Taste follows the nose with the malts taking the center stage initially. Notes of nutty malts, dark bread, dominate up front giving way to a moderate bitterness and some oak and raw wood. The oak in this is sharp and fresh as opposed to mellowing out the beer. Feel is light to medium bodied. Smooth, moderate carbonation. Dry finish.
Overall it is a really nice foeder aged dunkel.
