I am trying this beer off the tapper as part of a six sample "sword flight" whilst traveling through on my way up to Dryden for my son's exhibition SIJHL hockey games. The beer is good and typical of most honey blonde ales.

Pints at Doolittles in Golden Valley.
L: Pours amber bronze with a thin white head that goes to edge foam, low carbonation, light sticky lacing.
S: Grains, lightly earthy.
T: Grains, a hint of fruits, light citrus bitterness, caramel malts, light honey. Very little aftertaste.
F: Lightly brisk medium bodied feel with a medium fast clean finish.
O: An easy drinking American Ale that's right in the middle. Not light, not strong. It is good in its style.

Clear dark bronze like a Vienna lager with a thin light tan head that leaves sheets of lacing. Malty aroma. The maltiness carries to the taste where it’s cooked with some dull, earthy bitterness and a distant hint of orange marmalade. Relatively thin bodied with some restrained zip in the carbonation. Comes across like an English Bitter with just a kiss of orange blossom sweetness. Very refreshing.
