Shared at the Green Bay tasting. Pours clear ruby red/amber color with a small off white head with good retention and spotty soapy lacing. Aromas and flavors of big red grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pineapple, apricot, mango, citrus rind, peppercorn, pine, caramel, toasted bread, light roast, herbal, floral, grass. Medium pine, citrus rind bitter finish. Medium carb and body. Balanced creamy bready malts and sticky resinous hop mouthfeel. Lingering resin dryness and minimal hop astringency. Feels like a straight up Chinook and centennial hopped red ipa. Great classic tasting beer.

I am trying this beer off the tapper as part of a six sample "sword flight" whilst traveling through on my way up to Dryden for my son's exhibition SIJHL hockey games. The beer is good.....perhaps a bit sharp on the finishing hops.
