German style Oktoberfest lager. Crisp with hints of caramel malt.

On draft at Snow Farm Winery, 10/10/22. Served in a shaker pint.
Poured a cloudy honey-gold with a scant foamy head. Looking like a foamy glass of cider. Sturdy swooshes of lacing lasting all the way to the bottom of the glass.
Not much of a nose until it warms up a bit, then malty, woodsy, earthy.
Taste is sharp and earthy, fairly high bitterness relative to the style. Toast, tea and lemon.
Feel is soapy-smooth, medium bodied with bright, zesty carbonation. Mouthfeel was a little too soapy to pass off as crisp, IMO - but nicely drinkable for all that.
Overall, a bold, zesty take on a festbier/märzen, especially considering the relatively low abv. I enjoyed it quite a lot.
