Got this on tap at the brew house. Served in a teku glass.
A: looks amazing like a pineapple smoothie. Chunky, yellowish in color, opaque with no head and thick fruit residue lacing and chunks.
S: pineapples,coconut, citrus, papaya, sugars
T: tastes like a carbonated fruit smoothie. Pineapples, mangoes, coconuts, yeast,very tropical.
M: medium body, medium carbonation, extra chunky and gunky like a smoothie.
O: GREAT BEER, GREAT SOUR. I really am liking these smooj like beers, really takin creativity to the next level.
