Got this in a can from the brewhouse. Served in a tulip.
L: Hazy golden/orange-ish nectar with an inch off white, creamish, head that dissipates into a film and a ring around the glass.
S: Yeast rolls, caramel, citrus fruit, pine resin, wheat, not an IPA fan but it is not overpowering and seems balanced.
T: Starts off sweet, almost like orange juice but then a slight turn as the bitterness is incredibly pronounced. Very floral.
F: Carbonation on the medium side, but between that and the bitterness, the alcohol is very well masked. Body is medium.
O: Fantastic old-school IPA that balances out the hoppy overkill of most IPAs with fruity, citrusy goodness.
