This ice cream beer was brewed with lemon sorbet, vanilla ice cream, and our house pastry cream. It’s thick, smooth, and the lemon makes this ice cream beer extremely refreshing to drink!

Got this on tap at the pub, served in teku.
A: looks like cloudy raw lemon juice, has a quarter inch off white foam and not much lacing but lots of residue.
S: smells of lemons, citrus, vanilla, lactose, really has that icecream smell.
T: tastes milky, icecreamey, lemons, vanilla, has a strange aftertaste
M: creamy, medium bodied, medium carbonation
O: Overall, this was interesting but not as great as some of their other icecream creations. I'd still recommend.
