A - Pours a cloudy cola colour with a decent Beige head that retains well.
S – Lemon sherbet and plenty of lime citrus
T – Oh so very nice. Has dark fruits mellowed down with a citrus bitter finish the yeast is spot on. This is a very authentic Belgian ale. It proclaims itself to be a sessionable quad. I totally agree
M – Medium body and carbonation
O – Well have I found a brewery here ! This place is head and shoulders above any other non-Belgian Belgian beer brewer I know of with perhaps the exception of La Sirene, To have this type of beer in my backyard is so very exciting.
