A – Pours a unfiltered Copper colour with an off White head that reduces quickly.
S – Citrus notes and Marmalade
T – Same as the smell the finish is bitter and piney.
M – Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation
O – When I think Belgian IPA I think Houblon Chouffe and De Ranke XX. what separates a BIPA from other IPA’s is the classic Belgian yeast strains. This is s good beer in its own right but misses the mark as a BIPA
