Excellent pilsner, right up their with other excellent pilsners brewed in this part of Texas.
Had this at the brewery during their Octoberfest. Poured from tap into a glass stein. Beautiful bright clear yellow color with excellent foamy white head and great curtain lacing. Clean, crisp slightly grassy smell and taste. Fresh biscuits. Slightly fruity and earthy, just enough to make this a very interesting beer to look forward to in the future.
