This is one of the most flavorful low ABV beers I have ever had - intense dark roasted malt smell and taste. This beer has a very nice dry earthy bitterness, especially at the finish. Even some bitter herb notes. An excellent beer I had poured from tap at the brewery. It was great with our Mexican food! Hope to get more on another visit. Savage is excellent at nailing basic beer styles. This is one if their best.
