This is one of KinderHill’s 1st Anniversary barrel aged beers that premiered during their celebrations today. Very nice imperial stout with a rich taste and feel.
It was poured from tap into the special anniversary tulip glass at the brewery. Clean dark brown color with nice foamy head and good lacing. Distinct smell of vanilla and coconut. These flavors became more pronounced as the beer warmed. The beer was excellent with the wonderful Wild Garlic appetizers. Smooth, silky feel. Looking forward to other barrel aged beers from this brewery.
