This was one of KinderHill’s 1st Anniversary beers. I had pleasure to have it twice from tap at the brewery as well as drinking a bottle over a month afterwards.
Very dark brown color with very nice head and great curtain lacing. Nice coffee and dark chocolate notes for the smell and taste. The bottled version also had nice flavor of coconut. Pleasant molasses sweetness. Spicy sweetness with some dark berries fruitiness, especially from the tap beer. Overall, a very enjoyable imperial stout and I look forward to their 2nd anniversary!
