Hazy golden color with white, creamy head. Aroma is classic: banana, clove and some fresh zestiness. Taste is also quite refreshing and balanced. A nice underlying cereal sweetness balanced by the hops which can be detected only in the finish and aftertaste. Body is medium-light with the right amount of carbonation. Overall this is a pretty good hefeweizen.
