Straw golden colour, hazy. White foam, made up of medium-sized bubbles, moderately persistent. Leaves no traces.
Aroma slightly sour, limey, broken by a delicate scent of sweet coconut. The aroma seems to be both sweet and sour at the same time.
The taste is already decidedly sour, slightly tart, clearly lime or lemon. And although coconut is present in the background, the taste is dominated by the sour notes.
Saturation high, effervescent. Medium body. Texture moderately smooth. Medium-long sour aftertaste.
