Raspberry red colour, iridescent. Pink head, high, made up of fine bubbles, moderately persistent. Slightly stains the glass.
Fruity aroma, redcurrant, raspberry and other red fruits, earthy and light malty notes. Surprisingly, the aroma suggests that the taste will be sweet.
The flavour is moderately sour with a slightly salty note.
Medium saturation. Medium-low body. Almost smooth texture. Long, sour, salty aftertaste.
