West Coast IPA. Dry hopped with Centennial and Mosaic hops this textbook westy is giving off notes in the following order: dank resin, juicy grapefruit, citrus rind and finishing off with crisp pine.

Another Centennial-forward WCIPA winner. I got a good bit of dank pine and grapefruit peel on the nose, along with a touch of chewy resin on the finish. Enjoyed fresh from the taps.
