Talk about wild.
This pours golden red with a short lasting one finger head. Aroma unlike nearly anything else out there; a lot of yeast, wild flowers and light malty smells. Taste is unexpected. I was thinking something like a Quad, though sweet. Not at all. What greeted me was quite sour, no sweetness at all and nothing like a quad. The taste is clean but quite sour. There is little else than sour that hits the tongue. Unexpected might be an understatement.
