Slight haze on the amber brew with plenty of foam in the Orval chalice. Pleasing light aroma of the citrusy yuzu. Sudsy and tangy on the tongue. The yuzu flavor is better or at least more distinctive than other brews flavored with it that I have tasted. It's clean and fruity with a little yeasty note. At least it doesn't have the coriander taste, but there is some slightly bitter spice. Overall this is an excellent and different light brew. From the 16 oz can purchased at the Co-op market. Not dated.

Yuzu : Smells nothing like it tastes, sort of dry yet refreshing after feel.
