Crisp and refreshing beer. Light fruit flavors that complement the sour ale, both the Lychee floral and Raspberry tart flavors in the front and the sour ale tartness at the end. The fruit flavors add a complexity to the sour ale, but do not over power, making it a great choice for pairing with foods.

16oz can. Bottom stamp is 'IN16HT'.
Clear, pale gold colored body. One finger of white head, which quickly disappears, leaving an active surface storm and very thin ring. No lacing.
Aroma is very floral and fruity - lychee and raspberry, with some lactose.
Taste is tart, with a touch of fruity sweetness. The flavors are from the lychee (floral) and the raspberry (berry fruit). More lactose in the aftertaste than in the main flavor profile.
Medium mouthfeel. Crisp and clean with each. Tartness is not severe. Good carbonation.
Two note kettle sour that is refreshing to imbibe. Produces a fuel-like aspect to the burps.

Enjoyable fruity tones, Very fermented flavor with an odd almost butane after taste and need to burp.
