Czech Pilsemer - 5.0% ABV
This Czech style Pilsener is brewed with Prostejov Pilsen malt, Munich malt, a small amount of Dextrin malt and Saaz hops. Soft, crisp, complex and well rounded - yet refreshing! Brewed in honor of our co-founder's Great Grandfather - Karel Stochl.

Golden with chill haze and thck white head fine bead lace stcks in film on the glass
aroma has a hop fragrance that is floral with faint spice note and mild yeast with grain in nose
The feel is decent but semi dry medium high carbonation with mild bitterness and light sweetness with husky malt and mostly dry finish
Taste is very good with slight earthy aspect in malt and mineral quality with yeast flavor and somewhat toasted element in back. The only drawback is it could use more hop flavor to match aroma but flavor fits the style pretty well.
Overall a good czech pils as it has balance of malt with hops and is mostly dry with drinkable quality it has an eathiness of pils malt and yeast that gets slightly distracting after half a pint to me I prefer a more dry finish ..wondering if longer lagering would help clean up the rough edges (?)
