A tart Saison brewed with Lemon peels and hibiscus petals. The Hibiscus adds a delicate floral flavor with a bright red color. Quite refreshing on a hot summer day!

Pours an effervescent, clear fairly bright red. Not traditional in its appearance, but still relatively nice looking. Aroma is relatively indistinct. I suppose it's the hibiscus I'm picking up. Smells good, just doesn't have a ton of complexity. Taste has the floral notes from the hibiscus and it works pretty well. Little bit of funk on the back-end. Not quite as lively as the pour indicated. Easy drinking. Good beer for a nice summer day.
