750 mL bottle poured into a snifter.

Appearance - Deep orange body with a small off-white head. Thin collar and a solitary island of foam.

Smell - Honey is strong. Caramel malt behind it. A faint fruitiness that I wouldn't peg as blackberry.

Taste - Again, the honey is strong. Caramel malt briefly, but it's mostly honey. Some hop bitterness and a berry-like fruitiness that I still wouldn't identify as blackberry.

Mouthfeel - Medium body. Dry from the honey. Medium carbonation.

Overall - Subtle use of adjuncts. Enough to keep it interesting.
