A: The beer is hazy dark yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that died down a bit but never completely faded away.
S: Light to moderate aromas of lemongrass and ginger are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the ginger and lemongrass are a little subdued and there are notes of white wine from the barrel aging. The ginger contributes a little spiciest.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The taste of this beer does a very good job at combining the flavors of ginger, lemongrass, and white wine. The beer also does a very good job at hiding it’s alcohol.

375 mil bottle, capped and waxed, 2018 Vintage written on the label.
Pours near clear, typical lighter amber, lasting moderate cap and leaving again moderate strands of lacing.
Yeast and candi sugar upon the sniff.
Bright, crisp and flavorful brew, more Belgian kinda yeasty notes, again I get candi sugars, a hint of alcohol, ripe fruit notes, with pears, apricots and plums coming to mind. Complex, heady and quite tasty...high quality from this tiny brewery near the Queens/Brooklyn line.......well worth a try...
