Poured into a narrow pint glass: color is very light straw, clear, head presents one finger thick and dissipates to thin top with spotty lacing.
Smell is biscuit, cracker, toast, pilsner malt, crisp herbal, grassy, and light lemony hops.
Taste is more biscuit, cracker, light toast, pilsner malt, more crisp hops with grass, light herbal, and earthy notes.
Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, low/moderate sweetness, low/moderate bitterness; lingering crispness with light sweetness.

Pours a clear golden color, visible spritz carbonation. A modest head retains throughout, displays lacing.
The nose opens with a clean malt profile, bready, biscuity, not particularly sweet. Mild aromas of earthy hops, grass, peppery yeast and a touch of fruit.
Very nicely balanced flavor profile, with modestly sweet malty notes of cracker, bread and biscuit, contrasted by an easy going yet assertive bitterness. Notes of grass, pepper, lemon, and crisp and peppery lager yeast.
Light to medium bodied, clean and crisp. The finish is dry with some nice resiny bitterness. The carbonation is moderate to lively.
Delightful take on the Pilsner style, delicately crafted , balanced and easy to crush. I will seek out!

Murky golden body with a thin white cap. Aromas of banana, honey, and zesty lemon in the nose. Taste is odd: banana and bubble gum right away in your face, zesty lemon, fresh baked white bread, honey, and faint earthy hops attempt to round out but pitter out before the might of the banana and bubble gum. Almost like some hefe got spilled into the pilsner. Feel has a high carbonation level, crisp, yet slightly thicker bodied. Very odd take on the pilsner
