A: The beer is hazy dark pale yellow—too hazy to see if there is any visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high off white head.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of sour limes are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and is slightly sour with notes of limes and hints of rum from the barrel aging.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and faintly tart on the palate with a moderate amount fo carbonation.
O: I thought that the smell of this beer was better than the taste, but in any event it was a nice representation of a mojito cocktail.

A: Pours a hazy pale to medium golden yellow in color with light to moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and faint medium yellow + straw yellow colored highlights. The beer has a half finger tall foamy off-white head that reduces to a small to medium sized patch of very thin film and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Moderate to strong aromas of sour citrus/lime with light to moderate aromas of slightly spicy rum, oak, and herbal/mint. Very light aromas of grainy + wheat malts with a hint of grainy sweetness.

T: Upfront there is a light amount of grainy + wheat malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of sour citrus/lime, slightly spicy rum, oak, and herbal/mint. Light amounts of tartness that lingers through the finish.

M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Light amounts of acidic prickliness.

O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and just enough acidity. Enjoyable and reminds me of a mojito (though a little more in the aroma than the flavor). I would gladly try this one again.
