A: The beer is clear dark yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of green grapes are present in the nose along with hints of oak from the barrel aging.
T: The taste follows the smell and starts off with lots of flavors of green grapes and has some notes of oak from the barrel aging.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. The oak lends slight bits of dryness to the mouthfeel.
O: I found this beer to be quite unique and in some aspects it almost seemed like a Kölsch with all of the aromas and flavors of green grapes.
