Our Seven Year Anniversary Beer. Hazy IPA brewed using 100% New York State ingredients from NY Craft Malt, Hudson Valley Malt, Chimney Bluffs Hoppery and NY Hop Guild. We will be donating 100% of the profits of this beer to the NYCLU, the New York Chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union.

Look: Nice murky orange, plenty of nice haziness. Thick foamy white head.
Smell: Typical tropical fruit smell like in many other IPAs, though quite strong.
Taste: Sweet orange and grapefruit. Some nice maltiness mixed with hop bitterness.
Feel: Good and drinkable.
Overall: Overall better than most IPAs.

A: The beer is very hazy pale whitish yellow in color. It poured with a half finger high white head that consistently left a short head on the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass after it settled down.
S: Moderate aromas of mangos and lime citrus are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of orange citrus with notes of limes and gooseberries with hints of candy.
M: It feels medium-bodied, crisp, and a bit juicy and "chewy" on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found this IPA to be quite complex for a beer brewed with New York State ingredients. The candy-like flavor in the taste was particularly interesting.
