A: The beer is hazy dark yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that left a narrow collar around the edge fo the glass and some specks of bubbles on the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of guava are present in the nose along with hints of strawberries.
T: The flavors of strawberries are much more stronger in the taste and are more balanced with those of the guava. There is a light amount of sourness.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied and tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This sour has some refreshing properties. I particularly liked how the flavors of strawberries were prominently featured in the taste as you don't normally see this fruit standing out in beers.
