Brewing initiative in partnership with our friends The Happy Hour Guys and Gun Hill Brewing Company to raise awareness about the live performance industry and to raise funds to benefit The Actor’s Fund. Proceeds from this beer are donated to help aid workers in the industry suffering from the shutdown. Brewed with Citra, Strata, Sabro, and Idaho 7, this hazy Tropical IPA is soft and juicy with big notes of Grapefruit Citrus, Pineapple, Cannabis, Coconut, and Pine.

From the bottom of the can: "THE SHOW MUST GO ON 943"
Appearance: It has a very pale, milky straw yellow colored body that is completely opaque. The head is frothy and white with a dishsoap consistency. Pretty good retention but no lacing.
Aroma: CO2 burn hits the nose at first, but there is a mild peach and mango aroma that follows. After it sits for a while the CO2 burn seems to die with the head and the mild peach and mango character stays the same.
Taste: White pepper and ant flavor comes through up front with a medium-strong spiciness. A little bit of hatch chile pepper in the middle of the tongue. Not much going on in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel: Medium textured with a slight raspy quality. A tad chewy. Slow drinkability due to a combination of the thickness and some of the more spicy flavors.
Overall: The beer does have some interesting and spicy flavors but it loses some of its pizazz after a few sips. It might be worth it to share with somebody else or to try as a sampler but it wouldn't be a beer I would readily recommend as a full pour or a full can. I probably wouldn't buy it again.
