From the bottle, it pours a hazy amber color with a nicely sized thick off-white head that slowly dissipates. In the nose, it is classicly banana and clove with a bready base. In the mouth, a stronger taste that is still easy on the mouth, with a smooth mouthfeel and some banana and bread. YUM!

a weizenbock on the pale side. a pour is nice with a bit of a cloudiness straw orange color and a head of larger set bubbles than expected. nose is straight bubblegum at first that has more a banana clove distiction as time passes. the beer is great in the first bit with a nice creaminess that is split open with a peppery dry finish. a bit boozy with that in mind as the aftertaste seems to leave nothing behind. great with food for that matter. but the beer seems to become a bit more heavy handed as it sit a bit. i can see this becoming true with an older bottle. this one was fresh. not as creamy as expected but fresh. sweet that is not overpowering but cut by the dry savory finish... but i can see that not working out as it sits... carbonation disappears completely. gets a bit more dingy and sweet... bit more syrupy
