Brewed with our friends Mostra Coffee this imperial milk stout was inspired by the traditional Vietnamese coffee beverage, "Cà PHe Dä". We used Mostra Coffee's Vietnamese Lotus beans, as well as Saigon cinnamon and Tahitian vanilla beans. Aged 14 months in Old Pepper Rye barrels.
