Imperial stout aged for 9 months in Weller Full Proof barrels, then Few Spirits Bourbon barrel for an additional 5 months.

Stark black with essentially no head.
Significantly spicier, also drier than the barrel aged Extreme, it's almost got apple brandy vibes for a second, while also a bit like red wine tannin. There are hints of licorice and amaretto at times.
Quite a bit more mature but very enjoyably so, sharpness cleanses without biting too much.
