Light gold color with white cap and lacing.
Aroma of bready malt with relatively light floral, spicy hops.
Taste on entry is malt rich with a hoppy firmness, all in a well balanced way. In fact all parts are introduced at the same time and remain integrated all the way to the finish. Aftertaste brings a little more hop assertiveness ending with a floral finish.
Medium texture with balancing carbonation.
This is a together beer that this Pilsner fan really appreciates.

This beer if brewed on behalf of Dubuque Bier, an establishment just across the river in Iowa. It pours dark amber and much darker than you typical pilsner. The aroma is very faint and most of it comes from the malts. The taste is very mild with little hoppiness. A very sessionable beer no doubt.

Poured from 12-ounce bottle into a pilsener flute. Pale golden colored body, with a one-finger white head that settles in short order Aromas and flavors of light caramel, bread, and a little herbal grassiness. Lots of peppery spice on the tongue, with a slightly bitter citrus zest lingering on the aftertaste. Tasty, pleasant, very drinkable, Well done!

Amazing drinkablility without compromising taste. I can drink this all day long and not feel bloated or too full. Has a nice hoppy finish for such a light beer. And a slight citrus aftertaste

Düber, a German style Pilsner, has a nice malt aroma accompanied by a German noble Haullertau hops. The hop aroma is best described as floral, mildly spicy with a hint of lemon and citrus. Overall, the Düber has a bold malt presence balanced with mild hop bitterness and finished crisp and dry. The beer is balanced just right which assures great drinkability while keeping true to its full flavor.
