On tap at the brewpub.
Hay-colored, cloudy, with a creamy white head. Really nice spicy aroma with plenty of clove and an ample backing of banana. A touch of lemony tartness in there too. Starts off all well and good on the palate. Spicy with some malt and grain upfront. But this finish is where things seem to go wrong. Just a hair beyond tart in the finish and bordering on the realm of unpleasant sourness. This was a really fine beer up until that point and I will have to try it again to see if this was just an abberation.
