16 oz can
Pours slightly hazy golden, fluffy white head dissipates slowly to suds.
Aroma of coriander, orange zest, banana, clove, and wheat malt.
Flavor is banana, orange peel, clove, floral notes, and wheaty bread malts.
Medium body, tingly carbonation on the tongue.
This is a great representation of the style. Wonderful flavor. The body and appearance aren't exactly what you expect from a witbier, but that's a tiny nitpick. Great witbier, reminiscent of many of the good Belgian ones I've had over the years, and will probably be my go-to wit from now on.
