In the Czech Republic, beer (or pivo) is more than a drink. It’s culture, it’s an art form, it’s a science.
They take it seriously and don’t mess around with silly names. And though we are usually pro-silly name, for this Czech lager we’re honoring the traditional ways and simply calling this one, 9 Plato.
Plato is the Czech way of identifying the beer’s strength and the majority of breweries in the Czech Republic use the degrees of plato as a naming convention for the pivo. Our 9° is pale (or světlé) with Czech hops Saaz and Kazbek for crisp, bitter hoppiness.
