Pleasant lemony scent with wood in the nose. Less carbonation than average, but still some prickles. Watery body. The flavor is warm and malty with something like vanilla in the aftertaste. Hints of pickles somewhere. Interesting, and perhaps more complex than an average Helles, but somehow less pleasing. From the 16 oz can purchased at Bine & Vine. Dated 9/20/24.
