Served from the tap in a snifter at Consume.
Pours a partly hazy amber-golden topped by a finger of dirty white foam. The nose is a surprising blast of sweet passion fruit and a kiss of watermelon-flavored Bubble-Yum, a slight bit of pine sap, orange zest, and funky wheat way in the relative distance. The taste takes a different route, holding notes of orange pith, grapefruit rind, light grass, and funky biscuit. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a drying finish. The smell made a promise the taste couldn't live up to. Shame, really.
