Pours a golden straw with a hint of copper in the appearance. The nose has notes of citrus fruit with a touch of funk in the background. The flavor is a combination of tropical fruits, a modest pithiness and a finish that is slightly tart and dry.
To my knowledge, this is the first beer with Kveik yeast that I have ever sampled. It delivered a unique and interesting flavor.
