Pours an opaque pale straw color with over a finger of head. The nose is exquisite - citrus and other exotic fruits abound. The flavor profile is less intense than the nose indicates but there is still a healthy dose of citrus. The bitterness starts off very mild but it catches up about halfway down the glass.
This is easy drinking and light-bodied; something like this would be more enjoyable in July than November.
