On tap at the brewery.
A - Medium gold pour with perfect clarity and moderate carbonation with a light layer of white foam resting on top.
S - Crackery crisp honey malt aroma with some light earthy citrus.
T - Crisp, crackery honey malt base with earthy citrus and lemon over the top. Finishes with a nice lingering earthy citrus with a little bit of resiny character to it.
M - Medium body with lots of prickly carbonation on the palate.
O - This is a really nice, flavorful, easy drinking Pilsner.

Pours a golden straw color with about a finger of head. The nose has a nice biscuity quality but I'm not getting the distinct smell of pilsner malt. The flavor is crisp and dry with an assertive (for the style) hoppiness on the finish.
Very sessionable.
