Pours a golden straw color with over a finger of head. The nose is mostly bready with some floral and grassy notes in the background. The flavor is reminiscent of cereal grains. The body is pretty solid for the style.

On tap at the source.
A - Light medium gold color with bright, creamy white lacing, light carbonation.
S - Light corn malt, some dry hay, and earthy citrus.
T - Starts with a slight bit of corn malt sweetness up front and quickly gets crushed with a massive wall of piney, citrus bitterness with earthy citrus underneath. Finishes with a small hit of citrus and a very long, lingering bitterness.
M - Medium body with gentle carbonation and an ever so slight warming in the back of the throat.
O - Strong and assertive. Would love to see more of this style from breweries. Worth a look.
