On tap at the source.
A - Dark medium gold with perfect clarity and very thin lacing.
S - Nice peach, apricot, citrus, a little bit of pear, and slightly herbally on the nose. Definitely is not a typical Pilsner, that's for sure!
T - Apricot, citrus, passion fruit, and fruity citrus dominate over the top of a malt base that barely comes through.
M - BIG body for a Pilsner with some prickly carbonation poking through the thickness. Finish is semi-dry.
O - This beer is all about the hops and breaks the mold of the typical Pilsner. It's an interesting hybrid that totally works.

Served from a side-pull tap.
Pours a straw color with over a finger of frothy head. The nose is fairly mild, some biscuity qualities poke out a bit. The flavor is more robust than the nose would indicate. A hearty bready taste leads the way yielding to a modestly bitter finish. The bitterness is not at all over-the-top and complements the sweet maltiness rather well. The body is solid, but not overly hefty for the style and abv.
