Pours an almost black color with over a finger of fluffy beige head. The nose has a very nice blend of roast, chocolate and peanut butter notes. Everything on the nose is well balanced and nothing is overwhelming. The flavor also has roast and chocolate. The peanut butter is more in the background. The body is solid for the style and abv.
I would like to see an imperial version of this that clocks in around 8-8.5%
