Deep Copper colored strong ale with hints of dark fruits and raisins finished with a moderate hop bitterness.

Pours a deep reddish copper color with a thin layer of head. The nose has a sweet maltiness but the floral notes are even more pronounced and upfront. The flavor has some sweetness, but it also has a borderline sour or tarty residual note. The bitterness comes on assertively in the finish.
