A: crystal clear; pale gold in color; 1 finger finely pored white head that receded to a wispy cap with a thick collar; light lacing;
S: sweet grain, apple, and hint of spice;
T: follows the nose up front; a bit of lemon from the middle through the finish; moderate bitterness at the end;

Had on tap. Pours clear, gold in color with one inch head. Tastes like a kolsch--clean wheat and cereal. Light body, slightly sweet, moderate carbonation. Nice and easy drinking lager that hit the spot on a humid day.
