Poured into a Nonic Pint glass. The body of the beer is coal black, with a caramel colored head barely a finger wide. Nice malty aroma on the nose. First sip has a the toasted malt flavor with a hint of the molasses sweetness, without being sticky on the tongue. The abv is well hidden from the tastebuds, making for a smooth swig. Overall very tasty - I would love to compare it to a stout actually made in Jamaica.
